We are not brokers. Once you click "submit" and send your information to us, we will start working on matching you and your project up with one of our sources. Our sources include investors, lenders and contacts that add to the list of investors and lenders that we have access to. 2. Note that before we put you on the phone with one of our sources to discuss your project (and terms) with you, you will be required to sign an NCND (non circumvent, non disclosure and confidentiality statement) and a fee agreement that specifically states that FDP Financial Solutions will be paid at closing, for our services. 3. If for some reason, we cannot find funding for your project or sell your note using our current sources, we will do our best to obtain the information you will need to make your project "funding ready" or your note "sell ready" (free of charge) so, that you can come back to us at a later time, for possible funding or to sell your note.
